FOURTH EDITION OF MACHINEERING: A UNIQUE, ALL-ENCOMPASSING EVENT FOR THE NEW MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Belgium has a total of 7,331 companies (with at least 5 employees) active in materials processing, industrial supply and mechanical engineering. This may not seem like much given the scale of the European manufacturing landscape, but the sector is home to a number of particularly innovative SMEs, as well as a few large companies whose names and reputations are recognised internationally. More than 70% of its production is exported worldwide. Innovation and Industry 4.0 driven investments in manufacturing and mechanical engineering have been booming since the outbreak of the pandemic and labour market imbalances. The manufacturing sector is struggling with severe supply chain disruptions, ever shorter lead times, small production runs, custom design, rising energy prices and sustainable production techniques and materials choices. Those who do not jump on the bandwagon now will definitely be out of the race. Increasing productivity through sustainable, innovative and smart manufacturing technologies is also high on Belgium's agenda in this decade. The new Manufacturing Industry 4.0 requires manufacturing companies to become sustainable ecosystems with a highly integrated and digitalised value and supply chains. Separate silos such as R&D, engineering, production, assembly and maintenance are now becoming departments that collaborate extensively to manufacture products quickly, cheaply and efficiently with the most innovative technologies, materials, machines and tools. Hence this unique and all-encompassing trade fair for manufacturing and mechanical engineering – from A to Z.

OUR MISSION? 1 BELGIAN MEETING PLACE FOR ALL MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS

Machineering will bring together – under one roof and as centrally as possible (Brussels) – everything to do with machinery and engineering. Through 10 routes, the trade fair will showcase a relevant range of technologies that will provide inspiration to every department of a manufacturing company or machine builder. Whether looking for the most advanced manufacturing technologies, the most efficient production machines and design software, predictive and data-driven maintenance, smart materials and connected components or the most reputable suppliers, Machineering 2025 will offer all the answers and solutions in one place and on the same dates. With overwhelmed manufacturing teams having less and less time and inclination to attend events that are just one piece of the new manufacturing puzzle, Machineering is increasingly becoming the most all-encompassing event for every challenge in the manufacturing sector.

INNOVATION-DRIVEN VISITORS: EVERYONE INVOLVED AS A DECISION-MAKER, CONSULTANT OR USER OF TECHNOLOGY, MACHINES AND MATERIALS WITHIN THE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION PROCESS.

Wie niet mee is, is forever out.
