The EMKA Group is the world market leader for locks, hinges and sealing profiles used in switchgear and control cabinets.

We have been active in all sectors of industry (switchgear and control cabinets, server and network cabinets, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, mechanical engineering) and the transport sector (rail and commercial vehicles, motor homes, etc.) with traditional and electronic locks for more than 40 years.

The product range includes 30,000 standard catalogue and special products, which are developed, manufactured, finished and assembled at 11 production sites in Germany, France, England, Spain, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, China, India and Indonesia, with more than 92% of products produced in-house.

At one of the two new plants in Bosnia, we produce 900 high-pressure casting and injection moulds per year, both for in-house production and for external customers.

With 2,100 employees, we serve more than 36,000 customers in 60 countries. In 2024, we achieved sales of over 360 million euros.
