Sophia® uses artificial intelligence. Once you’ve placed your order, the production and logistics are managed fully automatically. Sophia® generates laser-cut metal sheet, tube and bent parts in no time. The entire process is fully automated. Once you’ve uploaded your drawing, Sophia® quickly and easily recognizes all the components in your assembly. Tubes and sheets are separated and bends are recognized automatically. Complex bends such as hems are also easy to order in Sophia®. Just upload your STEP file and Sophia® will do the rest. You’ll see the price and delivery time in less than a minute. Other new capabilities include adding edge rounding and edge breaking to your product and bending metal with a material thickness up to 12 mm.
